Connect states that, unlike other cable ties that have sharp cut ends, these twist-to-break cable ties have a serrated-tie body which leaves a smooth and safe breaking edge after twisting. Users simply twist off with their fingers, removing the need for cutting, and leaves no sharp edges. No additional tools required are required and the self-locking mechanism ensure a secure hold.
Manufactured from heavy-duty Nylon 66, this tough material has a loop tensile strength of 8kg and excellent heat resistance. The cable ties are also RoHS and REACH compliant.
Four sizes are available – 102mm x 2.8mm (part number 31806), 200mm x 4.6mm (part number 31807), 300mm x 4.6mm (part number 31808), and 360mm x 8mm (part number 31809). With 50 high-quality cable ties included each set, users have the flexibility to address a variety of projects.
