Attachment points quickly fixed at the push of a button 13 April 2023

New to the Ganter range are self-locking threaded lifting bolts for lifting, securing and transport tasks. Wherever workpieces, devices or system parts have a threaded hole, these new threaded support bolts can be used as attachment points.

These new lifting bolts were designed to be a faster, more practical alternative to eye bolts, cleats and welded eyelets. Four spring-loaded threaded elements lock the bolt and the aluminium spring button sinks the elements into the bolt so that it can be inserted into a threaded hole. As soon as the button is released, the elements snap into the thread, meaning the threaded support bolt can absorb higher axial forces than ball lock bolts. The bolt can be removed just as easily at the touch of a button.

The shackle is suitable for accommodating common slings such as chains or slings and can be swivelled by 180 degrees in all versions. With the Ganternorm GN 1135, the shackle is also rotatably mounted so that it can move in any direction of force without the bolt moving in the load-bearing thread. The GN 1135 can be recognised by the bearing ring and the ergonomically shaped bolt head. In all versions, a safety bar ensures that the spring button is not pressed unintentionally.

The threaded support bolts in steel and stainless steel are available in five thread sizes between M8 and M20, each with a length of between 12mm and 22mm.
