CONFAST® split drive anchors for use in solid concrete 18 September 2020

Concrete Fastening Systems Inc has launched its new CONFAST® split drive anchors, available in both head styles and in every length.

Split drive anchors are ideal for use in solid concrete, and can be made with either a round head or a flat countersunk head. The flat head split drive anchors are used in applications in which wood is fastened to concrete; the round head split drive anchors are best suited for applications in which the anchor head will sit above the surface of the item being attached. Concrete Fastening Systems are offering both head types with its CONFAST split drive anchors.

"The CONFAST split drive anchor brand offers a wide range of lengths to assist in selecting the most effective fastener for each specific application," described Bob Carlisle, president of Concrete Fastening Systems. "The anchors offer a variety of benefits and features such as being tamper-proof - the anchor cannot be removed, which provides security for item being attached; and they are zinc-plated - providing rust resistance for dry applications. They are quick, easy, and strong,” concludes Bob.

No special tools are needed for installation, just simply drill the hole drive with a hammer. With one diameter, it is also an uncomplicated choice, whilst providing a wide range of lengths – the most effective fastener can be chosen for each specific application.
