Light, functional, and almost invisible 31 August 2020

A study has shown that, compared to Germany, there are more than twice as many electric vehicles in China. One supplier is Xiaopeng Motors from Guangzhou, which uses high-quality parts made by fischer automotive China.

In the new XPeng P7 electric car from Xiaopeng, particular emphasis has been placed on lightweight and attractive, yet functional parts for the interior. fischer automotive provides some of the kinematic components in the simple but ultra-modern interior.

Xiaopeng is pursuing ambitious goals with its new e-mobile, with the all-rounder able to take up power for 120km in 10 minutes, and drive up to 706km on a fully charged battery. In addition, the limousine has the autonomous vehicle level 3. The Chinese population can also enjoy an automatic connection to the Alibaba online shopping platform from the limo.

In the modern cockpit of the car, a slim, intelligently designed air vent ensures a good indoor climate. The vents enable various ventilation concepts and connection to various components. The air flow can be crossed, angled or straight, depending on the wishes of the occupants. These are displayed on a large screen, which is operated by voice input.

The fully automatic covers of the charging sockets on the car are also provided by fischer. Due to its sophisticated functionality and discreet design, the cover is almost invisible from the outside. The cover can be operated by key, voice input or via the vehicle controls in the cockpit. Each car contains a charging station on the left and right side; one large and one small battery with different charging speeds.

fischer automotive China has been producing high-quality kinematic components for the major car manufacturers in the People's Republic since 1996. The company, with its headquarters in southern Germany, has a high-level of manufacturing competence in plastics processing. Due to its continuous success, fischer automotive moved into a new 8,500m2 building near Shanghai in spring 2018.
